Citizens Direct


Citizens Advice Direct tasked Find a Solution students with identifying  services available for Black and ethnic minority communities, Asylum Seekers and those hard of hearing or deaf. In their Citizens Advice Direct: FAS Report the students gap analysis helped to ensure that CAD were not duplicating services and the report also identified areas they could provide further help. In addition they investigated home working, to help CAD establish if they could expand their service and volunteers without having to find larger premises. All in all CAD were left with a wealth of information to help them move forward!
